Randerson Pleased at Cardiff Recognition

1.33.28pm BST (GMT +0100) Wed 23rd May 2007

In its latest edition The Lonely Planet has recently described Cardiff as the 'epitome of cool, pulsing with creative energy and relaxed atmosphere that compliments its youthful heritage'

Cardiff Central Assembly Member Jenny Randerson AM, said 'I have known for some time that Cardiff is the epitome of cool and it is pleasing that that is being recognised. The Council have done a lot to reinforce this feeling with festivals and regeneration projects.

"I think the diversity of the people and attractions make for a very exciting city. Cardiff is smaller than somewhere such as London but thanks to its capital city status has just as much going on"

"I am really looking forward to helping to make Cardiff even cooler over the next four years in my role as one of the Assembly Members."
