Liberal Democrats in Llandaff North have called for action to tackle parking problems in the streets around River View and Western Avenue. Thu 13th Mar 2008: Gabalfa Interchange bus stops re-open and journey times 'significantly reduced'. The new bus stops at Gabalfa Interchange have been re-opened for over a month, and journey times by bus from the centre of Cardiff to the north of the city continue to be reduced as a result.
